Eligibility Criteria (UG & PG) of Tool Engineering
Undergraduate Level

Candidates who have cleared class 10 and 12 with at least 60% marks are eligible to apply for tool engineering.

Entrance Exam for Tool Engineering
JEE Main- Joint Entrance Examination is a computer-based test that has questions on math, aptitude and planning. JEE Main offers admission to undergraduate courses such as B.Tech, B.E, B.Arch. and B.Planning. All India Rank is announced after the results of JEE Main. MHT CET- MHT CET is conducted by the government of Maharashtra annually. Maharashtra Common Entrance Exam is conducted for 180 minutes. This test consists of 150 multiple choice questions in two sections. Physics, chemistry and mathematics are covered in the examination. Fifty questions are asked for each subject. Two marks will be awarded for every correct answer, and there's no negative marking. Candidates who perform well are selected for undergraduate admission courses in about 350 institutes across India.
TS EAMCET- Telangana State Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test are held separately in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for admissions into numerous colleges. All three domains; Engineering, Agriculture and Medicine, are involved in TS EAMCET. The duration of TS EAMCET is three hours. Physics, Chemistry and Maths skills of the students are tested in TS EAMCET. The exam is conducted online with the selected candidates being granted admission in engineering, agriculture and other related courses by various colleges in Telangana.
GATE- Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is a popular examination conducted to grant admission into master's degrees and jobs at public sectors. It is an online exam which consists only of multiple-choice questions. The duration of the GATE is 3 hours, and 65 questions must be answered within the mentioned time.

Earlier DITE took admissions on the basis of GGSIPU Central Entrance Test but now the admissions into Technical programs are done on the basis of JEE Mains (Paper-1) score. So, right now the admissions are not yet started for DITE. For that you need to wait until the second attempt of JEE Mains is conducted and colleges start their admission process.
And for Diploma course, it is done on the basis of CET examination conducted by GGSIPU, to which the application form ares till open.
